Our School
Gimnasio del Norte has harmonically grown thanks to the permanent support of school parents, the input of highly motivated teachers and workers, and the cooperation of students. A major part of our first location was done by self-construction, with the active participation of all community members.
All the ideals that inspired our institution have been consolidating through time. Now they are an awesome inescapable reality. Our innovative programs look after our students’ human, social, technical, artistic and sports development. This, plus our own methodology and disciplinary system. In other words, our system comes from the interest in developing our guiding principles, fine-tuned to our own experience and the active participation of all our community members.

This process has also allowed us to create new and fruitful relationships with other educational institutions in the IB Organization.
Since 1977, Gimnasio del Norte has educated young people prepared for global society challenges and ready to positively impact their environments.
